SARAH MERLER

Sarah Merler studied classical and contemporary dance at the Conservatory of Vienna. She works as a freelance dancer and choreograper in Austria and Italy. While working on her own choreographies, she has also been involved in productions by companies such as Vereinigte Bühnen Bozen, Stadttheater Klagenfurt and TanzCoop.

SABRINA FRATERNALI

SABRINA FRATERNALI

Sabrina Fraternali studied comparative literature, dance and choreography. She currently works as a performer and choreographer, mostly in Italy. Her first choreography “Glauco” was selected for Network Anticorpi XL in 2018. In South Tyrol she has worked with Cooperativa Teatrale Prometeo, Teatro Stabile Bolzano and Vereinigte Bühnen Bozen.

ANASTASIA KOSTNER

Anastasia Kostner is a freelance dancer and choreographer since 2012. Graduating from IDA in Linz (AT), Laban in London (UK), her own works have been performed in festivals such as CaDans (NL), Transart (IT), Bolzano Danza (IT), La Bequée (FR), Bloomsbury (UK), Dance Camera West (USA). She has been awarded the Italian Anticorpi XL award for young emerging dance artists. She currently works with Fucinadanza/Tanzschmiede, Irma de Vries and the company Between Two Hands.

RIXA ROTTONARA

Rixa Rottonara is a visual and performance artist. She graduated as an aerial artist in Berlin at the “Etage”, and since then has directed and performed in cross-disciplinary projects, including her recent work with the Vereinigte Bühnen Bozen. In 2017 she debuted as a dancer in “Carmen” at the Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg and toured with Reaktionsraum e.V. in Thuringia.

MARTINA MARINI

MARTINA MARINI

Martina Marini studied contemporary dance, Butoh and choreografy in Bologna, Roma and Berlin. In 2009 she founded Tanzschmiede/Fucinadanza, a professional company based in South Tyrol which brings together dancers and actors from different artistic backgrounds, working on new forms of expression in the field of Dance Theatre.

JESUS MARIA LEZAMETA

JESUS MARIA LEZAMETA

Jesus Maria Lezameta is a basque actor and choreographer. He trained at the Theatre Institute of Barcelona where he worked for several years with the Danat Danza company. He is co-funder of the company Errante teatro danza and Tanzkollektiv Südtirol, and is actively leading dance and theatre school projects in South Tyrol, where he lives.

ELENA MOLINARO

ELENA MOLINARO

Elena Molinaro is a performer working between Italy and the UK. Since 2010 she has developed a rigorous body-based practice at the interface between live art and performance. Her work has been seen both in the UK and across Europe. She has lectured for the MA programme The Body in Performance at Laban, and teaches danceacross different educational and community settings.

ELISABETH RAMOSER

ELISABETH RAMOSER

Elisabeth Ramoser trained at the Academy of Fine Arts of Perugia. She later attended numerous courses and masterclasses including the Dance Works in Berlin, the SEAD in Salzburg and the Young Batsheva Ensemble. Since 2010 she is working as a dancer mostly in Germany and Italy.

SANTIJA BIEZA

SANTIJA BIEZA

Santija Bieza was born in Latvia. She studied theater production at the University of Rome 3 (D.A.M.S.) and at the University of Rennes, during which she also worked as a dancer, performer, and actress for various productions. Her work is largely influenced by performance-arts in which various modes of expressions are utilized. She lives and works in Bolzano.

FRANCESCA ZIVIANI

FRANCESCA ZIVIANI

Born in 1985 in Merano, Francesca Ziviani studied dance in Bolzano, Rome and at the Conservatoire in Lyons. Over the past decade she has worked with various French choreographers, including Jean Claude Gallotta, Olivier Dubois and Annie Vigier/Franck Apertet. Since 2016 she has also developed her creative projects with the group “Sens Interieur Brut”.

STEFANIA BERTOLA

Stefania Bertola, dancer, choreographer and teacher, trained as a dancer in Bolzano. She then pursued her study path in various cities including Berlin, New York and in Israel where she spent a period at the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company (IL). She then improved as a dancer and teacher at CIMD (International Center of Movement and Dance) in Milan.

MARION SPARBER

MARION SPARBER

Marion trained as a dancer at Varium and Iwanson School. As a teacher she has worked with several schools and festivals in Europe, the Americas and Asia, collaborating with choreographers such as Francisco Córdova, Stella Zannou, Sonia Rodriguez and ADN-Dialect. Her work has been performed at international theatres and festivals.

SABINE RAFFEINER

Sabine Raffeiner is a dancer, choreographer and pedagogue; for over 36 years she has been teaching at the dance school Arabesque in Merano (IT). Since 1988 she has been working with various organizations both as a dancer and choreographer, arranging more than 100 choreographies and short pieces, performed in South Tyrol and abroad. Winner of the “Fersen” Award for Direction in 2016 with her piece “Ho dei bei piedi – Ich habe schöne Füße”.

EVELIN STADLER

Evelin Stadler studied at the “Folkwang Universität der Künste“ in Essen. Since then she has worked as dancer, choreographer and teacher. Together with the composer Frank Gerhardt, in 2017she took over management of the “Atelierhaus Gerhardt Stadler“, a laboratory for dance and music in Gudensberg (Kassel).

The passion for dance first came into being at a little Dance School in Merano. Following studies in Milan and Dusseldorf, Tania Ottavi found that the Alps Move platform coincided perfectly with her artistic world. Within this festival she has worked with Martina Marini, Gabriella Maiorino and Sabine Raffeiner, focusing on solo and collective Dance Theatre projects.

YUNJUNG KIM

YUNJUNG KIM

Born in Seoul, South Korea, Yunjung Kim has studied dance since her childhood. She graduated at the European Dance Development Center (“Hoogeschool voor de Kunsten”, Arnhem | Netherlands) in dance and choreography in 2003. Since then, she has been creative as a choreographer and dancer, performing her own pieces. She lives in Meran.

VANESSA MORANDELL

VANESSA MORANDELL

Vanessa Morandell studies dance at the Höhere Fachschule für Zeitgenössischen und Urbanen Bühnentanz in Zurich. Since 2021 she is a board member of the Zurich Student Theatre (StuThe) and co-founder of the interdisciplinary collective project.vakuum. As an intern she acted as assistant in companies such as Hungrysharks Company (AUT) and Alleyne Dance Company (GB).
