INIZIO

One of mankind’s earliest demonic figures, Lilith embodies female energy.
Lilith relates to our origins, and Inizio (beginning) aims to trace this initial moment through various forms of exploration of the subconscious. Francesca Ziviani considers Lilith to be a mysterious entity that embodies a permanent contradiction between inhibition and the urge for freedom.
A solo piece made up of a succession of images and pictorial references that conjure up a woman with many faces, from the burlesque to the tragic.
Memories of buried feelings are unleashed and inner strength comes to the fore, animated by a continuous drumbeat.
